When we acquired land, The Club at Kukui‘ula, Kukui‘ula Development and McBryde Resources from Alexander & Baldwin (A&B) and DMB Development, we committed to building on the companies' tremendous legacies on Kaua‘i, both as well-respected landlords and thoughtful, responsible stewards of these lands.

Our focus has been on creating a master-planned community that simultaneously honors and protects the historical, cultural, and natural resources of the region while delivering infrastructural improvements and neighborhood enhancements that will benefit surrounding communities on Kauaʻi’s South Shore.

Our Brue Baukol Kauaʻi ‘ohana includes McBryde Resources, Kukuiʻula, Kukuiʻula Realty, The Club at Kukuiʻula, Nā Hiku and Hale Kiaka. Together, these efforts span housing, agriculture, and land stewardship, each playing a role in supporting a thoughtful and balanced future for Kauaʻi.

Kukui‘ula

Kukui‘ula is a residential and resort community on Kaua‘i’s South Shore. The master-planned community includes homes, open spaces and amenities focused on connecting people to place.

The Club at Kukuiʻula

The Club at Kukuiʻula is a private membership club that serves as the social and recreational heart of the community. It offers spaces for members and guests to gather, from wellness and dining to outdoor activities and experiences connected to the land.

Nā Hiku

Nā Hiku is a small collection of 16 homes within Kukuiʻula, located on six acres along the golf course. Thoughtfully designed in a modern plantation style, the homes reflect a quieter, more intimate part of the community.

McBryde Resources

McBryde Resources cares for thousands of acres of land across Kauaʻi, including agricultural, conservation, and renewable energy areas. With deep roots on the island, its work focuses on responsible land management that supports both the environment and the community.

Kukui‘ula Realty

Kukuiʻula Realty works with individuals and families seeking to make Kukuiʻula their home. The team brings a strong understanding of the community and takes a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to helping people find their place here.

Hale Kiaka

Hale Kiaka is a small residential project within Kukuiʻula. The project includes four semi-custom homes located in the Aepo Nei neighborhood, near the 8th hole, The Farm, and the Aepoeha Reservoir.
